This Privacy Policy explains how Ryptoc ("we", "us", "our"), operated at ryptoc.one, collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit our website or use our crypto analysis tools. By using Ryptoc you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily

The free tier of Ryptoc requires no registration and we collect no personal information when you use it. If you register your interest in the Pro tier via the notification form, we collect:

Email address — used only to notify you when the Pro tier launches and to send relevant product updates. We will never sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.
Price preference — the approximate monthly subscription amount you indicated via the slider. This is used anonymously for pricing research.

Information collected automatically

When you visit ryptoc.one, standard web server and analytics technologies may collect:

Log data — your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, debugging and understanding aggregate site usage.
Cookies — small text files stored in your browser. See the Cookies section below for details.
Usage data — which dashboards and assets you view, timeframes selected and how you interact with the tools. This is collected in aggregate and is not linked to individual identities on the free tier.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-TBSFBBGX) to manage analytics and marketing tags. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including page views, session duration and geographic region. This helps us understand how traders use Ryptoc so we can improve the tools. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google AdSense

The free tier of Ryptoc is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to ryptoc.one and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

Session cookies

We set a session cookie to maintain your login state if you have a Pro account, and a JWT authentication token cookie for secure session management. These are essential for the functioning of account-gated features.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality, particularly if you are a logged-in Pro user.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate and improve the Ryptoc platform and its analytical tools
Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
Send Pro tier launch notifications to users who have requested them
Monitor for abuse, fraud or security incidents
Comply with legal obligations
Analyse aggregate usage patterns to inform product development

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

Ryptoc retrieves market data from third-party APIs to power its dashboards. These include Binance, Bybit, Crypto.com (CDC), Coinglass and Hyperliquid. When your browser loads Ryptoc dashboards, requests are made to our own servers which in turn query these APIs — your personal information is not sent to these exchanges. However, standard network headers (including your IP address) are visible to our server during these requests.

We use Google Fonts to render the Inter typeface. Google Fonts may log a request from your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google's privacy policy for details.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses collected via the Pro waitlist form are retained until the Pro tier launches and you have had the opportunity to subscribe, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Server log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. All data transmission between your browser and ryptoc.one is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to our systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Ryptoc is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@ryptoc.one. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

Ryptoc is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access our services from outside the UK, your information may be transferred to and processed in the UK. By using Ryptoc you consent to this transfer. Where we use third-party services (such as Google) that process data internationally, we rely on those providers' appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ryptoc after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
