These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ryptoc website and services operated at ryptoc.one. By accessing or using Ryptoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting ryptoc.one, using any Ryptoc dashboard or tool, or registering for a Pro account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ryptoc.

2. Description of Service

Ryptoc provides a suite of cryptocurrency data analysis tools including, but not limited to:

• Asset Dashboard — real-time price data, RSI, MACD, support and resistance levels, trend analysis, Monday range analysis, New York session breakout detection and lunar cycle signals for selected cryptocurrency assets.
• Cycle Top Indicator — a macro cycle risk index combining on-chain data, price momentum and market sentiment indicators.
• Alt Season Indicator — a composite score tracking relative performance between Bitcoin, Ethereum and altcoins.
• Hyperliquid Whale Sentiment — real-time tracking of large positions on the Hyperliquid perpetuals exchange.
• Deep Trend Analysis — advanced trend structure analysis across multiple technical dimensions.

All tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or the service as a whole at any time with or without notice.

3. No Financial Advice

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

Ryptoc does not provide financial advice. All information, indicators, signals, scores and analysis presented on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be construed as:

• Financial advice or investment advice of any kind
• A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency, token, security or other financial instrument
• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A guarantee of future performance or returns

Cryptocurrency markets are speculative, highly volatile and largely unregulated. Past performance as suggested by any indicator is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of any capital you invest in cryptocurrencies.

You acknowledge that any trading or investment decisions you make based on information from Ryptoc are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. Ryptoc and its operators accept no liability for any financial loss, damage or other consequence arising from your use of this platform.

4. Free Tier and Pro Tier

Ryptoc offers a free tier that provides access to core analysis tools without requiring account registration. The free tier is supported by advertising and operates on a 10-minute data cache. The availability, features and limitations of the free tier may change at any time.

A Pro tier is planned for future release. Pro tier pricing, features and availability will be communicated to users who have registered their interest. Pro subscriptions, when available, will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ryptoc only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, its servers, or any system or network connected to it
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Ryptoc beyond normal interactive use, without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the service at a rate that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the service
• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ryptoc.one — including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, icons and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of Ryptoc and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-Party Data and Services

Ryptoc sources market data from third-party providers including Binance, Bybit, Crypto.com, Coinglass and Hyperliquid. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but we cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Data delays, interruptions or inaccuracies may occur. Ryptoc is not responsible for errors in third-party data.

Ryptoc uses Google AdSense for advertising and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Use of these services is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryptoc and its operators disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, title and non-infringement. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ryptoc and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any financial loss resulting from trading or investment decisions made using Ryptoc
• Inaccuracies in market data or analytical outputs
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the service

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £50 GBP if you have paid nothing).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ryptoc and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

Ryptoc may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of Ryptoc after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time with or without notice, and we shall not be liable to you for doing so.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
